How to Apply

Registration Requirements for all new members:

• Payment must be in the form of cheque or money order payable to EBNMP™ Canada.

• Incomplete or illegible applications will be returned.

• You must include copies of all relevant certificates / diplomas / etc. or curriculum vitae.

• If your documents are not in English or French, you must provide an officially translated version along with a copy of the original attached.

• Provide proof of Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions) Insurance (can be applied for after joining EBNMP™ Canada).

• DNM^® registrant must pass a challenge examination in order to be registered.

• Natural Medicine Practitioners who are Doctors of other regulated health care professions must show proof of license to practice in their primary field.

• The assessment fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and is NOT INCLUDED as part of the registration fee.

• Enclose 2 passport sized picture for your file (color or black and white).

• Please allow 4 weeks for the evaluation of your registration package.

• Renewal fees are due by January 1st every year. New members will receive a one time pro-rated fee on first year renewal.

• Payment must be in the form of cheque or money order payable to EBNMP™ Canada.

• Incomplete or illegible renewal forms will be returned.

• You must provide proof of Continuing Competence Education (CCE) (copies of all new relevant certificates / diplomas / etc. or updated curriculum vitae).

• CCE required for DNM^® - 60 hrs.

• CCE required for RAP^® - 40 hrs.

• CCE required for RNP^® - 40 hrs.

• CCE required for all other Practitioners - 30 hrs.

• If your documents are not in English or French, you must provide an officially translated version along with a copy of the original attached.

• Provide proof of Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions) Insurance (must be maintained while an active member).
