Collected Information

EBNMP Canada™ collects information about an identified individual in three ways:

• During information requests via email, mailing list signup, seminar / workshop registration or DNM^® / Practitioner registration, you provide us with personal information;

• When payment is received for a seminar / workshop or membership registration, you provide us with personal information directly in the form of cheque / money order or credit card information;

• When you access this web site your computer leaves a data trail (cookie)

How Collected Information is Used

EBNMP Canada™ uses your personal information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, your information is used to complete a transaction, to communicate with you and to provide you with requested information.

Credit Cards

Credit card numbers are used for payment processing only. When credit card information is provided in writing or over the phone, EBNMP Canada™ must keep the information provided in a secure location, for a minimum of 5 years, after the transaction is completed.

Our Assurance

From time to time, EBNMP Canada™ may use your information to contact you for quality assurance or satisfaction information. EBNMP Canada™ will not sell, trade, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to others, unless permission is given, are assisting law enforcement or are otherwise required to do so by law.
